 Zak Szabo was raised in Midland and has been broadcasting for over twenty years, most of it here in Pittsburgh.
Before radio, Zak played baseball, that's why he loves the Pirates so much!
He is a martial arts master possessing four black belts and is a member of ITF (International Tang Soo Do Federation). Zak has spent several years teaching traditional Korean Karate and Self Defense to hundreds of people from the Alle Kiski and Pittsburgh area. Zak enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and is very active with the Salvation Army.
Zak is married with two children and two dogs. He is a published writer with cover stories for Black Belt Magazine and Tae Kwon Do Times Magazine. He has written articles for numerous publications in the Unite States, the United Kingdom and South America.
